Bullet Journaling-Habit Tracking

In my reviewing of Bullet Journaling I've encountered the idea of habit tracking. In this YouTube video by Elsa Rhae, she shows how she tracks her habits.

Two things stand out to me about her approach.

  1. She tracks both good and bad habits.
  2. The layout of the habit tracker lines up with her mood/stress/sleep tracker which makes comparing dips in her mood with her habits to see what may be resulting in her mood changes.

This takes the habit tracking to a level above most and provides a mechanism to identify which habits have an impact on other areas of her life (mood, energy, etc).

In a later video, Rhae states that she's changed this practice, but it may offer insight into just how your behaviors are impacting your life.
